I was in Berlin for a day and at the end of the day I decided to treat myself to a delicious meal. I was passing by Amrit and saw so many people were dining here so I looked up at their online menu and decided to go there. I ordered butter chicken and was totally satisfied. The food was tasteful and delicious and with reasonable prices. The atmosphere was elegant and cozy. Also the staff were so attentive and explained the cuisine and what comes with the food and asked about my taste to see which option I would like better.
Would definitely come back again.

This restaurant is bigger than it seemed on the outside. Very conveniently located, great service. As big and as busy as it was, it seemed like we were the only guests there with how attentive they were. Unsurprisingly, items took longer to be delivered. But it was delicious, not sure if it’s worth the wait though. More

An excellent Indian restaurant: fresh ingredients, tender meat and perfectly seasoned dishes/flavorful sauces.
Additionally, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommended! More

Perfect curry - very tasty, not too spicy, not too mild. Generous portions. Really lovely waiter who gave us complimentary whiskies. Buzzing and busy (rightly so). More

We were really impressed by the ambience and the crowd present at the restaurant and thought the experience would be great but it turned out otherwise. Staff were super good and friendly but the food kind of felt bland and stale. Once we ordered the food, it was on our table in less than 5 mins which was unbelievable time for freshly cooked dishes. My stomach still hurts while writing this. I hope they improvise the quality of their food and serve fresh meals.

Delicious Indian food!! I recommend the curry as a side to the garlic naan. Pass on the chicken butter tikka masala (not saying is bad, just not for me from here) but tandoori chicken is great! Staff is super friendly and the interior is nicely decorated.

Very warm welcome at the door but when we sat down felt differently. Waiter was in a hurry and rude, maybe cause we look Asian (we are not but it does not matter).
Ordered butter chicken and naan, naan was ok but butter chicken was terrible. Chicken was plant based, when we asked, waiter said its 100% chicken. We could feel and taste its not real chicken.
Paid 20 euro per person for something we did not even appreciate. Mango lassi was ok.
If you know your Indian food, prefer abstain this place.

We had a great experience at Amrit. The food was full of flavor, well spiced, and clearly prepared fresh. The curries were rich without being heavy, and the naan was soft and perfectly baked. … More

Butter chicken was good and nicely cooked. However the rice on the side had some mushy, overcooked parts that I didnt like. I also tried the garlic naan, but I didn’t enjoy it; its just a bread with some oil and garlic on top. The mocktail was delicious. The atmosphere at the restaurant is nice and the service is quick. I liked that. More

Beautiful looking restaurant and well located at Potsdamerplatz (next to the station). Delicious food - I had the samosas and Mamun took great care of me. He asked the chef to make something off menu and came up with a Chicken Methi Malai curry.... Outstanding! Highly recommend this restaurant - friendly and attentive staff. More
